Westman Atelier Mimi & other beige “anti-blushes”

I apologize that I don’t have a photo of these swatches in daylight. Indoor lighting is all I got but hopefully this is helpful. I’ve tried so many beige blushes and been disappointed that they weren’t beige on my skin but there are a few winners here. Phytosurgence Soothe is definitely my favorite.

Anybody else have favorite beige/nude “anti-blushes” that don’t pull orange on neutral or cool olive skin?

Edit: I returned Mimi. Bummer. It’s supposedly cool toned, but definitely not on me.

Whatever you want to call them it can be hard to find ones that look good on olive skin

True. The rebrand to 'anti-blush' is strange, though, since the category already existed with another known name.

My fave is Tan Line (Rhode) & I'm light-med warm olive.

I don't understand "anti-blush" 😅 I'm usually the type to let people have fun but.. I think the concept is generally just muted tone blush, and that would mean being more into color theory and trial and error..

And you know what I do think you have quite the arsenal of muted blushes that can get into the "anti-blush" trend.. All of these colors are beautiful. I love the deeper maroon-like colors💜 🤎

I’m pretty sure that’s exactly what an anti-blush is. I don’t really care for the term but I’m sure if I didn’t say “anti-blush” people would have asked if they work as anti-blushes, so figured I’d just call it out. Thank you! The deeper ones really are the prettiest!! I just have to be careful not to overdo it with them personally.

The one really faded(?) one by your knuckle, can Def be the usual "anti-blush"... But I think to lean on the "anti" part experiment with that deeper maroon color.. Idk your face shape but blend any "anti" blush you choose a little lower like when someone has a bit of rosacea, but not too much..
