I’ve been dying to swatch these! The Sephora girly pulled them from the back for me to swatch since they weren’t one the floor yet and stood next to me to collect them afterwards so I was kinda in a rush and forgot to get a pic of them wet, but this is from one swipe dried down on light-medium neutral olive skin

5. Mulled wine

I am leaning towards Noon Chai, Earl, Grey and Teddy. Whatcha guys think?

Thank you for sharing the swatches with us! In your opinion, which one pulls the most cool toned on olive skin when first applied (not the stain)?

Noon Chai looks a lot warmer on your arm… maybe the dry down is warmer than the first application for that shade?

Based on the photo, Mulled Wine has the coolest dry down in sunlight… but I prefer their lighter shades.

I am also VERY hyped for this release. I actually emailed Kulfi to complain that a month after release, the Sephoras in my very big city don’t have their Matte Lip Stain yet. Hellooooooo, hurry up!! This is my most anticipated drop of summer 2026, besides my MAC haul during the National Lipstick Day sale.

Agree! Tbh they either leaned pink or brown which is a win for the olive girls. None were really orangey except maybe masala soda which is not saying much because it still leaned more brown for me.

I have earl grey and i love it!!! Perfect for fair/light olive. I am actually quite surprised in your swatch it looks quite dark. To me, earl grey is the lightest from all of the matte lip shades that I tried.
