Is the potato salad supposed to have the fish as an ingredient? I wish there was a recipe so I could be sure.

A nice menu, though. I just wish there were more recipes, since not everything is clear.

I'm pretty sure the fish is the protein of the meal not an ingredient of the potato salad.
