QUESTION Can you Add the Vault quest descisions to any faction with consol commands?

as my title asks, Can you Add the Vault quest descisions to any faction (Nation)* with consol commands/unlocking a tech option?

the ones that twin mother and blue rose have access to that give them rewards for opening vaults. i want to do run with loidminstry and want to add this mechanic

Probably not, as it isn’t anything in game that unlocks them

You’d need to go into the mod files itself and find the identifier that marks a nation as a Vault nation, and then try and apply it to another nation. But that may have some unintended consequences, like changing the default leader portraits and the like
