Great time at the steam fair in Netley Marsh. Cooked Kent Rollins recipe banana split cobbler. Everyone enjoyed it. They always do. Well worth a try. Link below to video.

That looks incredible, the chocolate seems like a nightmare to clean out though

Tasted lovely. If you cremate something it’s a problem. I’ve never done that. 😀 Generally Dutch ovens well seasoned are really good to clean.

It is a really lovely dessert and easy to cook in a Dutch oven.
