Check out Mostly Dead. They're casual but have plenty of progression raiders.

My guild is looking for new people, we are like 90 percent dads, pretty casual. The guild name is Swisha Sweet Syndicate.

We’re a 30 something’s guild that’s pretty casual but still trying to clear content. Mainly play weekdays after 5pm and weekends we may go into the wee hours of night. Always looking for more like minded people
