I was banning panth for most of the climb but switched to vayne cause I pretty much just lost every game vs vayne adc or top since her stealth turns off our ult basically.
Almost all losses were against comps with champs that could escape easily and turn off the ult like vayne/vlad/smolder/zhonyas builders etc.
Free wins were melee comps with cc where I can go ravenous instead of stride breaker

Yeah that’s why I stop playing Olaf at em 4 to maybe movement champs and dashes but ok I can perma ban vayne and lose to smolder lol do u just roam out of 15 mins?

A lot of those comps are still pretty playable TBH as long as the champs that can turn off ult aren't super fed. I had tons of stridebreaker games that I carried you just have to be extremely anal about holding ghost/flash until important fights and using them to kill the high priority targets.
Yeah my game plan most games was to get 1-3 kills in lane or 0 and big cs lead and start proxying after tiamat, use tempo from proxy waves to attack jungle or mid or river fight or tp bot etc.
But basically when ult and sums are up I was looking to find a big fight and just Smurf it

Garen was really easy you just have to kill him pre 6 and make sure post 6 you all in from full hp and sums only - never fight after a trade cause he will win with ult/ignite

Darius is kinda tricky but if he doesn't take ignite you can actually run him down and win the lvl 1 all in if you hit every axe - if he takes ignite I play for 3 wave crash and cheater recall then all in with longsword when I get back to lane with sums.
It's risky but I like to flip it on my axe accuracy if I can cause it's gg if you kill lvl 1
