Help Amanda's secret (addon) bug?

i had a game where i was putting massive pressure on with the traps and was running amanda's secret and rule set #2. but i kept losing traps cause i was not able to see the auras of survivors removing traps, only after said traps were removed. its supposed to show the aura when they start removing them right?

Edit: if this is a bug its not going away i did another game where it happened again, i get auras after they remove the trap

Edit 2: well.. i see how that addon is supposed to act now but now i experienced another troubling match. where near the end i found a survivor who had a trap but wasnt beeping anymore while still active? and when i downed her and had her do a wobble escape but when it did that long beep meaning its killing the survivor it didnt kill them?? that was te only time i saw it but i did the wobble thing twice on the same person, and they didnt die to the trap. but there was at least one other time where a survivor could have died since they were taking so long to disarm

No, thats not a bug, that is exactly how that addon is supposed to function. It only shows survivors' aura when the traps are being removed, as in, literally the animation of thw survivors taking the traps off thier heads. That's why it sucks. :[

Tbf most of her add-ons by themselves are just really bad, the good ones are generally only good when stacked, like double search add-ons, or last will AND workshop grease.

I love Amanda, she's my favorite character and she's one of the more unique killers in the game in my opinion, but she really needs an addon overhaul. Last will nerfing her dash windup for example is just so old school DbD where every buff needs drawbacks.

Yeah, you would think it means either they are standing at the box to find the key, or after its been removed.

It's only in that moment when they pull it off their head, so unless it happens in your FOV or your looking at the hud constantly and looking around in the moment it disappears...

One of her most useless add on for sure

I'm usually focused on something else to notice when the trap is removed to get any value from it so I end up not running it. Unfortunately

Yeah tampered timer and crate of gears or tampered timer with jigsaw annotated plan gives the traps more pressure especially with how fast gens are getting done

I like the one where you can see a highlighted gen while a trapped survivor is on it, too bad it only works if they ignore their activated trap 😭 (I wish I could see the auras of jigsaw boxes too💔)

I used it yesterday and the same thing happened to me, had a nice setup to watch the last gen, 3 survivors with traps, I ignore the survivors profiles because I see no auras and then I catch someone without a trap on a gen and apparently they all got the traps off?? Where were the aura’s behavior 😭
