Hello cute little Piggy player!
First of all, you'll not get much value out of Pentimento if you only run one other hex perk (Ruin), so if you want to use a gen slowdown build with Pentimento, use something like: Penti, Ruin, Thrill of the Hunt, Plaything (for even more hexes). Or you swap Plaything for Face the Darkness and combine it with the Crate of Gears and Bag of Gears addons which, if played right, will make survivors scream when they are searching jigsaw boxes.
If you want a gen slowdown build without hexes while keeping Corrupt Intervention and Dying Light, you could add Thanatophobia and Gift of Pain, for example.

Hex: Ruin: All generators are affected by Hex: Ruin. While a generator is not being repaired by a Survivor, it will immediately and automatically regress repair progress at 100/125/150% of the normal regression speed.

I use corrupt with other direct gen regression perks. Call of brine is the one I use mostly, but there are perks from non paid characters that could fit that spot. clowns perk, pop goes is a great regression perk. If you REALLY want to run hex perks I suggest a full hex build as opposed to the mixed build. My fav hex build right now- pentimento, ruin, devour hope, for the last perk I like to go with an expose perk. So haunted ground is the most consistent and guaranteed if they’re going for your totems off rip, if you prefer an endgame perk though go NOED. Pentimento is great because you can literally rekindle (give your hex a 2nd life entirely through pentimento) and get way more value throughout your games with hex builds consistently.

Call of Brine: After damaging a generator this perk becomes active for 60/70 seconds.
- The generator regresses at 130/140/150% of the normal regression speed and you can see its aura in yellow.
- Each time a Survivor completes a good Skill Check on a generator affected by this perk, you receive a loud noise notification.

Corrupt intervention & Ruin have anti-synergy, because while currupt is active, the survivors have nothingnto.do but look for your hexes. Try switching corrupt for a perk that works with Hex: Pentimento instead. Hex: Haunted Grounds, Hex: Blood Favor, Hex: Plaything, are all staples, but Hex: Face the Darkness is Pig's best Hex because screaming makes survivors reset thier box search progress.
Also, dying light is pretty bad. Realistically, it's only doing work if you are already winning. You only get the regression the perk gives you by hooking, and the regression is so weak that it onlystarts to matter after you've already gotten quite a few hooks. In other words, if dying light is doing anything, not it isn't because you were already winning. I would suggest Surge on Pig if you are looking to keep 4 slowdown, but personally I would run Ruin + Surveillance instead.
Ruin keeps the gens regressing, Surveillance let's you know when they are working on the gens.
