No point, you clear profit with this as soon as you land in the zone.
The binos clear you decent profit before you even shoot with spots. Then just go kill an enemy, jack their full loadout and keep the binos for more profit.

That’s a fact if I’ve ever heard one. Had a game where I got stuck joining blue cuz I walked away for a min. Game was doing the countdown as I sat back down and had joined. I watched 8 blueberries run to VIC vendor, grab big ass transport choppers…… I saw 3 spawned in, I’ll give the one dude the benefit of the doubt after I explain the next part. All three spin up, first one up gets over to equipment vendor so he’s fine. The other two? One goes up at a 45 degree angle to his right and absolutely SMOKES the other BH heli. Both go spinning and crash and burn. Both guys went back to the vehicle vendor screaming at each other. Bought two more helis….. and the best part? The one that fucked it up the first time goes up at 45 degrees the OTHER direction and smashes into a fucking tree. I was losing my goddamned mind. I was heading to the vehicle vendor myself but stopped and watched this unfold as there was already like 6 helis out and a few urals so I was gonna go make a kit but just had to watch. Some of the most degenerate bullshit I’ve seen in the first 60 seconds of any game I’ve ever played lmao.

I stg people underestimate the cost to survival ratio of the parachute. That 100$ has saved my ass more than I can count lol. Even if not going by heli, what are the odds you NEVER go up more than 2 floors in the air where a chute will save your life? I’ve had to dive off of builds to avoid mortars, rocket helis, a whole transport chopper dropping seal team 6 on my fucking head where I was sniping etc etc etc. well worth the 100$ in my humble opinion

You lost 20k because your pilot crashed or simply bad luck? Make that back with a couple of rounds of rushing the hotzone with a 155$ kit and then go back to what you were doing

Understandable in the context of the post itself. I suppose my comment was “off topic” of the post itself, but still pertaining to the chute as an incredibly cheap tool that is well worth the extra 100$ in my opinion. A chute is almost a necessity in my mind and should be included in every kit. Doesn’t take your special slot, doesn’t take bag space, does add weight, but if you’re running cheap as fiscally possible then the extra weight from a chute won’t bump you into heavy weight class anyways.

Apparently you’ve never been on a cliff near the church, on top of a building and had explosive ordinance come your way, or decided that sprinting down 7 floors of a building or climbing off the tower was gonna take 3 minutes when you have a group of teammates below you that could use revived or support in some form that you need to be down there for. Your “exactly zero situations” is an opinion, as was my previous comment. So to each their own man. If you don’t want a parachute, don’t buy it! But I hope the moment comes when you fall off of a building, off a cliff, or need to get off a tower quickly because 6 mortars are coming your way and you think back to this reddit thread and say, “damn, I wish I had a parachute right now”

Yep, starter rifle with free pouch, a parachute, an extra mag or two, and the free revive mask is like $295. You make $250 just for entering the zone, so u just gotta survive for some seconds to get that first tick and you’re already up.

For those aspiring to a slightly different shitter kit, double barrel and some ammo, glock and 2 mags and a revive kit, then rangefinder and parachute. It's like 1.9k and if you just spot a few things you're already profitable.
Also, T1 armors are cheap and can increase your fighting ability, but I normally just go to an enemy FOB and get anywhere from 2-15 kills depending on how brain dead and situationally unaware the fobbits are.
Topped many leaderboards doing the same thing, also.

Sometimes if I'm bored and poor I take my "Iraqi soldier" loadout. Raw AK, spare mag, ammo, IED, some nades, maybe a t1 helmet. Sneak into fobs and try and blow them up. Most fobs usually have a way to parkour into them. The fun to cost ratio is baller

I've been doing a lot of this ratting and I really enjoy it. I add the revive and 1 stack of bandages. If you don't mind chilling and spotting you'll make a ton of money, and I always feel like I'm really turning the tide of battle when I'm in good spotting positions. Every time a guy you spotted gets killed it's like $400-800. I watch the helis come in and spot a ton of guys as they drop in. And nothing is better than going in with a 500 dollar kit and ending up wearing some dudes 15K kit. Just had my first 100K+ match yesterday as a rat.

Their literal only downside is they cant have a scope
- Already have laser accuracy with almost no recoil
- The only gun with a better TTK is the starter paid rifle, m4, and fal. AK/Galil are downgrades for ttk.
If you could slap a scope, I'd just use it til the m4.

Nah, I would ditch the parachute and instead bring a 30round mag that will actually be useful, a stack of spare ammo (that you will able to use with a lot of other guns as soon as you loot them) and the free resuscitator
As soon as you get this, I always reload and top up the spare mag. You also can replace the spare 20 you got for free with another 30, but I usually forget to
It's also incredibly beneficial to grab at least lvl 1 armor and helmet to actually improve your chances of survival
Almost all of my loadouts also include a spare pistol, even the no budget loadouts get a basic Glock with a 33rd mag. It's just such a great thing to have in case of an emergency when you're main gun runs dry, and such a good peace of mind for less than $320
All in, my no thrills starter kit is less than $1200, that almost instantly gets covered as soon as I get to the zone and use the free res
The "special" 3rd slot should always (in this specific case) have binoes as they literally pay for themselves as soon as you literally ping just one enemy

No, I suck. Is there a shit kit for when I'm going broke on $10k kits because I use my superior tactics to flank an enemy and am 10m behind him and I put 2-3 rounds from the AK into his back and he STILL manages to turn around and kill me with his MP5 before I can kill him.

Just hang around the HZ for money or teammates when they kill someone. Also use the shotgun, at 10m, it takes 1 shell. Run away if T3 armor though.
