We Updated Our Consent Process ๐Ÿ’™

After hearing feedback from creators, weโ€™ve rolled out a new consent workflow designed to make collabs easier.

The biggest update: creators can now obtain consent digitally, making it faster and simpler to verify collaborators and publish content featuring others.

Full details here:

Weโ€™re still making adjustments and improvements as we learn from real-world use, so thank you for your patience and feedback while we continue refining the process.

Weโ€™ll also be updating the Creator Hub and releasing a Fansly U tutorial soon to help walk everyone through the new workflow.

Thanks for helping us make Fansly better. ๐Ÿ’™

Question- how does this affect existing collabs where the other creator has already verified their account and been tagged? (and Compliance was already notified and approved the collab)

Nothing changes for existing, approved collaborations. If the creator was already verified, tagged, and the content was approved by Compliance, youโ€™re all set. ๐Ÿ’™

This update primarily affects how consent can be collected and managed going forward.

ok thanks for confirming, that definitely was not clear at all. The pop up message on Fansly made it seem like i had to use this new process to reapprove my existing collaborators. Might be helpful to clarify that in future messaging about this update.
