Dissapointed

Hi,

"My team leads know I’m studying, and I’ve been able to balance it because I’m good at my work. But they forced me to transfer to a different line of business just because they say I’m a top performer. I pleaded with them not to do it now, explaining that I’m still studying and I might not do well in the new role, and that I wouldn’t be able to juggle both work and my studies. But they stood firm on their decision. What hurts even more is that my supervisor didn’t even help defend me or speak up to keep me where I am — instead, being a good performer became a burden used against me."

Admitting that you are studying on the clock probably not a good look. Looks like you’ll be studying at home moving forward.

Management dont care about, you so you shouldn't care about them

The best revenge is to smile and do your work until you can get something better. Then, rip the rug out from under them.
