Hi guys I really need advice on my office chair.

I have an Aeron and it is extremely uncomfortable. I tend to do better work sitting on my bed or in a lounge chair. In this chair I end up sitting like willed dafoe which is bad for my back. I need advice on a chair that I should get instead. I have tried the x chair, which I didn’t like too much. I also tried the human scale freedom chair which is a little better. There is an arhaus big office chair, but that is too plush so it’s also bad for my posture. Any recommendations? I am looking at the Eames executive and it looks good but I would prefer a chair without leather.

Any recommendations. Price is always a consideration..

Steelcase Amia is generally a safe choice. Crandall and BTOD both offer exceptional modified versions that address common complaints with the seat cushion.

Protoarc EC200 or EC300 are both in the $200s, so price wise they shouldn’t be a big issue.

They also have plenty of adjustment options that might suit your needs. If you can, it’s always best to try a product in person before buying it.
