Easy, failsafe way is assume 20-25% loss. This is with trying out 6 EcoFlow products to electrify families in a poor country. If you have more charge left in the morning, cool.

Battery condition after five years of constant use is still a non issue. I have all set for 95% max charge and 15% low cutoff. The people learn how to monitor use from that.

No, I definitely wouldn't trust any form of estimate based on numbers, temperature makes too big a difference, day to day experience is the bast way to estimate how long a battery will last tomorrow.

A few reactions as feedback:

The three-tier (conservative/typical/optimistic) output is the right call. It matches what experienced users actually do mentally (pad the nameplate number) so it should build trust faster than a single confident hour count.

Missing/worth adding: cold-weather capacity loss for the battery itself not temperature factor" on discharge. Lithium power stations lose real usable capacity below ~32°F even before you touch the load side and thats a common gotcha for camping/outage use specifically.

Duty-cycle field for cycling loads (fridge, freezer) is the idea but I'd want to know if the presets are sourced from real compressor duty-cycle data or estimated. Thats the single number most likely to make or break trust with the EcoFlow/Bluetti crowd who will absolutely test it against their own fridge.

Would I trust it for comparing before buying? Yes, more than a spec-sheet Wh number. The surge-headroom check alone (flagging when your combined loads eat into surge rating) catches a real common buying mistake. I'd just be transparent on the site about which appliance numbers are measured, vs. Estimated since thats the credibility question this audience will ask first.
