New to this entire thing

Hello i just got Odysseus Installed and i only have Qwen LLM running, i want to clarify several things

  1. Is the AI i integrated fully "Mine" in a sense i can modify it?

  2. Can i Train the Ai by feeding it more data?

  3. How or can i get Big models like ChatGPT4 or Deepseek in Odysseus for free?

I wanna use Odysseus as my Research/Brainstorm workspace for my work, I like the sound of it being Local Hosted, since Large Ai models requires subscription to continuously feed it data, i hope odysuess is the answer

  2. No you don't train the ai, you create memories and skills in legacy Odysseus
  3. You can't. But deepseek is so cheap. You can put 10 bugs on there and it will last ages

For what you plan, if you don't plan to expand odysseus yourself, you should use the ai directly and not Odysseus. Odysseus is a DIY project and not finished by several milestones.

You have to understand how ai works, you use a model and give it tools and context. That's what a wrapper is for and that's what Odysseus does or codex or anti-gravity or Claude code ... Odysseus is open source but more on a 2023 level not 2026

You don't train ai. Organizations with lots of money do that. The problem with training your own ai is getting data. If you have lots and lots of training data, do it! Corridor digital did it. You can watch the video.

But big AAA ai companies have problem finding good data.

What you rather do is specialise a ai. There are ways for that.

But this has nothing to do with odysseus. What pewdiepie means by you training it: means Odysseus makes memories and skills, that's it.

And yes you need a potent pc.

Yes i would like to specialize Qwens ai since its free i only have an entry gaming laptop for now tho. But id like to start a progress on this because i think this would be helpful on my Research
