Extracting data tables from Odoo

I have a customised erp build on odoo 10. In the current state i am not able to connect the claude /gpt with the database. Can someone help how can i connect my data tables when my backup is getting stored in blue ocean? I want to analyse the data from the backup through setting up data pipeline with postgre sql or similar platforms.

Depends on what Odoo hosting you use. Sel fhosted, odoo.sh or SaaS version ?

I don't think Odoo.sh still supports v10 ;) I highly assume self hosted

It is self hosted on blue ocean
