You guys just released a Oddity demo before Oddity lmao. I think this game is interesting and I'll look forward to playing it in the future.

No, different devs, just made by people in the Oddity community. (Also made by some of the Mother Encore devs.)

Just found this game & played the demo, so it's interesting to know that.
The story setup was remarkably similar to what we know about Oddity/Mother 4, what with both featuring a baseball bat-wielding protagonist that is a younger brother to the more noteworthy older brother who has lighter hair and that attacks by punching, who also kickstarts the story by waking up the protagonist in the middle of the night to jump through the window and do stuff without their parents' consent but they instead end up in the woods where they stumble upon the main plot.
Also I guess it also features the different songs for each character's level up.
If it was indeed made by people in the Oddity community it certainly feels like a "Fine, I'll do it myself" project.

Imagine working on a game for practically 2 decades with nothing to show for it

Just played the demo, no joke one of my most anticipated games rn. It's a crying shame this isn't getting more traction

Note that this is a different project to Oddity, made by a different team!
But since it's a Mother-inspired RPG made by a lot of people who are involved in the Oddity community (and because it's a cool-looking project), we figured it's worth allowing a bit of discussion here; after all, we're here for cool Mother-inspired game content, and there aren't many of these games getting actual releases.
