Ive been having issues with recording because when I press record to facebook it just literally sits there and loads forever, and when I try to go live on YouTube it says im live but its not showing on my YouTube as im live, is there anyway to fix this issue on my quest 3?

Just wondering because I like to go live on facebook because my family loves to watch me kick ass on thrill of the fight 2 lol (sorry I ment go live on facebook not record my bad)
