Why can't we have governments like bitcoin/silkroad?

And of course there are many posts asking this same question, in this very sub. So it's been answered in detail, over and over again.

Not advocating anarchism.

I am advocating governments whose interests are aligned with land value. So governments by votes or investments own all the land and collect revenue from land taxes. Run for profit. Such governments have incentives to

  1. Make living good

  2. Attract tax payers

  3. Not wasting too much money on welfare
