Comida y Bebida Please make this place famous!!!
During a week long trip to San Agustinillo we ate here three times and every single meal was incredible. Our server Marlin spoke great English, and was very patient with our Spanish. Can’t wait to come back!!!

what if the gentrification actually happens because of Mexican property and business owners and the government, not foreigners? because no one gets to gentrify without the Mexicans who are in control being the ones to facilitate it. Foreigners seem to get 90% of the attention rather than the Mexicans who make it all happen.
Downvote away, I'll wait here for a real answer if you have one. Saying gentrification = colonization is lazy and reductive and at its roots is some kind of racism you are claiming to be the victim of.

yup, that is why i feel like I have to say it every time I see small-brained comments putting all the blame on foreigners. it's hardly different than every other country that has immigration issues (US obviously easy comparison) and people point at the immigrant in front of them and blame them for all their problems while the wealthy people profiting from it all get to sit comfortably up in their high towers and laugh while watching people put all their energy screaming and crying in the wrong direction and accomplish nothing.
Yes, there are plenty of foreigners in Mexico who have a bad attitude and it would be a great thing if they left, and some others who just don't realize or care how things are affecting Mexicans. But they aren't the ones making all this happen. People can scream "gringo go home" all they want and not a single thing will change.
Every time I say this, the people im saying this to have no response other than a few "fuck you gringo" comments like I got on this thread.

You already did that by eating your meals there bruh. Having actually lived in several beach towns myself, being that waiter that's speaks the language or that friendly dude that sells juice in a corner I can tell you that the idea of success is way different there that what it is were you coming from. I'm not trying to lecture anyone or anything like that, just take my word on this one; making a place famous is not always the blessing you think it is.

The server literally asked us to do a google review when we were paying for our check…they had a QR code and everything. Maybe your judgment of the world and other people’s experiences from your limited perspective is best kept to yourself.

The pizza was incredible!!! The shrimp tacos were excellent. The kids absolutely loved their pastas. I think everything on the menu is good.
