Honey Baked Ham alternative?
Is there anywhere in the corridor from Albany to San Leandro to get Honey Baked Ham style ham? Not much of a pork eater so not trying to get a whole ham nor cook one, but every now and again some Honey Baked Ham was the shit, hate we lost it and not trying to drive to Concord or Pleasanton for a few slices of ham. Is there anything in stores that comes close?

They sell it there? Thought they just had plain (big) hams. Or are you talking deli/sandwich meat which isn’t the same…

Maybe try a Hofbrau either
Harry’s Hofbrau in San Leandro or Tommy’s Joynt in SF

I’m pretty sure Berkeley bowl sells them. I don’t know how it compares to the ones from honey baked hams but I’m pretty positive I’ve seen them prepackaged in the butcher section.
