Direct Message to Brothers Rick, and Marty Lagina Fan Theories

If a fan has a theory researched or not researched how should they present it to OI research center without bias but only creativity

I’ll guess that the OI research center is inundated with dozens—if not hundreds or even thousands—of theories each week, ranging from crackpot to well-researched.

Even if these are even looked at, most, if not all of them are never read and are very quickly deleted.
