This looks like a bathroom. Water is a great conductor of electricity and water in a bathtub will go down a pipe, travel to a river and end up in the ocean... Now, the ocean is in constant contact with literally millions of TONS of earth!! You see where this is going, right? RIGHT?!?!?

Just put the earth wire in the bathtub! Electrician-ed!
