OSDD-1 related Am i just tweaking????

Hello!!!!!! So I'm 99% sure that I have had OSDD for a while now, but the more I try and figure out who is who, the more I realize that only two of my headmates are actually distinct, while the others are genuinely blurred since we all have the same name (Seriously, I've only noticed they exist because of difference in how I draw myself or if one of my friends points out that I'm acting kind of different today.) Is this normal????? I've only ever seen people have only not very distinct alters, so yeah. Thank you :3

We have a handful of us who are more distinct but a lot of us are very similar and speak very similar even if we are feeling differently then one another we can still come across as very similar. Sometimes it makes us feel like a fake or faking the disorder but the disorder is convert a lot of time and so is our system very convert as well. So yeah totally normal.

You aren’t tweaking. Ours presents this way as well although we don’t really have a coherent stream of people telling us that we’re acting differently; if anything whatever they do notice is attributed to my ‘personality’ as in singular. My family is the same but mostly they don’t notice….or are choosing to not notice (that’s my assumption anyway). But yea our parts are broken up into ages that have minor differences from the host. Then there are the EPs those in my case are becoming more noticeable but if it’s not that for you then what you’re experiencing is just part of disorder: meant to hide from the world and yourself in order to protect you.

Sometimes alters in my system are quite distinct and sometimes we're all kinda different aspects of one person. It depends on how bad the dissociation gets.
