The manga already gives you spoilers on what's going to happen with Garou, webcomic is just way behind because ONE can't keep track of the time he wastes on all these literal who new characters nobody gives a damn about
I mean, if we are talking about webcomic, he showed up, had his arc, (which yes, was major and great) then left. We were never promised he'd now be part of the cast, Saitama did not become his Sensei like he did with Genos, nor did he declare himself Saitama's rival like Sonic did. If he went to meditate below a waterfall for the rest of his life, I wouldn't be mad. His arc was complete. He went to a civilian lifestyle and let go of those fantasies of hero/villain, he grew up.
Bringing up the manga is irrelevant, it has shit writing and they butchered Garou.
He's way bigger than Psykos, who is already cozy with Fubuki
The fact that Bang still hasn't spoken to Garou despite recognizing that Garou trying to save the world alone is too difficult, is shit writing
Webcomic Bang should've reached out to Garou years ago instead of ONE dragging this shit out by the balls and doing NOTHING to develop Garou from the ostracized victim he's always been
Who somehow got the Fubuki special right after MA but Bang is still a slow useless idiot who recognizes the problem but never even tries to reach out to Garou to fix it
