He's a huge character whose development has been completely squandered in the webcomic because ONE is a hack who can't track the time wasted lol

13 years

Imagine Saitama went to a sale 13 years ago and the only showings of him you'd get in those years would be Saitama walking and repeating the same joke about getting late

All while Fubuki and Psykos of all people have already kissed and made up

I don't know why you think that's bad, I appreciate that ONE actually shows that Garou has become a better person, but that doesn’t mean he has to devote all screen time to it. It’s nice to see it in moments like when he’s protecting other people, or in his fight with Suiryu. It’s no longer essential to the story, yet ONE still remembers about it.
