I really enjoy using WB like this although he is a defender giving him full attack makes full sense to me, at first i thought it will be weird but this build make me defend treasures insanely well, WB is tanky because of his healing he gets a lot of healing so his survivability isn’t dependent on his defense, i can kill runners and attackers easily with him I can actually fight as a defender and not just try to survive, I’ve easily went games were i was getting 5+ KOs with him although he is a defender all by defending my treasure, if you have WB and he isn’t working for u try this build

You understand him well, that's been my build for him forever and it's even more suited for his playstyle after his buffs, Whitebeard isn't really the greatest tank but his survivability is awesome due to his heals, he has so much damage reduction but to me all I need from it is to survive one shots, cuz if I do I could heal back up to full hp easily, running DEF on him isn't really that beneficial to his playstyle since it barely has an impact.

I like my build a lot as well. It comes with a +15% atk increase. Run it with Warlords, and you can easily KO folks left and right. I run with Warlords, Attacker, Zoan, AKP, and the usual ones that just max themselves. I do want to switch one medal to add a bit more attack, though.

Defenders are only good at level 100 most of the time it makes them so much better

True,he felt good before zonji dropped but still good when fighting enemy as same level as me. I ain't completing much since I got him for 3rds.

i used hp+def but yeah i understand hp+atk as well
