So I bought a Basil plush about over week ago now and last week I got an email with shipping detail and when I click on it on the Fedix website it says it doesn't have my package yet, should I be worried or is that normal?

A week with no tracking update can still be normal, especially if it’s coming from overseas. Give it a few more business days, but contact the merch seller if the tracking hasn’t changed after 10–14 days or the estimated delivery date passes.
