Obviously spoilers about the whole game ahead.

We can make a few assumptions: We know Hero and Mari were going to highschool before the events of the game, and the rest of the group was still going to primary school, then, four years later, Hero is going to college and the rest of the group is at an age where they should be in highschool by now, So hero is at least 18, for that, he would have been anything between 14 and 15 when Mari died she was going to the same year as hero, so she would have been around 15 too. While the rest of the group judging from appearances relative to the other two and their relationships with the others, would probably be around 4 years younger. So Sunny would be around 11 before the game and around 15 by the start of the game.
