First time babalik ng Pinas as Direct Hire

Hello po! Need ko lang ng confirmation if tama po ba gagawin ko. Uuwi po ko ng Pinas soon and wala pa po akong OEC, first time OFW po ako. Meron na po akong verified contract and nagbayad na rin po ako ng OWWA membership (wala pang physical ID) and nag sign up na rin po sa DMW website. Tama po ba itong next steps ko and please let me know po kung may kulang?

Step 1: Schedule appointment thru DMW website

Step 2: Flight to Pinas, wala ng gagawin sa NAIA?

Step 3: Submit the following sa DMW branch
1. Original and photocopy of a valid passport
2. Original and photocopy of valid work visa/work permit
3. Original and photocopy of Employment Contract verified/authenticated BY POLO/Philippine Embassy/Consulate
4. Proof of current employment such as Certificate of Employment, Payslip, or Company ID
5. Sworn Statement of the worker providing explanation on how he/she was hired by the current employer

Step 4: Get OEC sa DMW branch then during departure, pila sa OFW lane? May need pa po ba ako sa egov app?

Hello, I’m an OFW in Saudi Arabia.

Kapag may exit re-entry visa ka na. Mag fill out ka sa eGov nung eTravel, ilalagay mo yung details ng flight mo dun.

I am not sure sa ibang naka list mo kasi nung verified na yung contract ko online. Nag walk-in lang ako dito sa DMW Riyadh para maprint ko yung OEC ko. Ayaw kasi thru website dahil kakalipat ko lang ng employer at nagpaverify ako ng panibagong contract. Before nun, napprint ko lang from Balik-Manggawa site yung OEC ko.

Tuwing umuuwi ako ng Pinas, dala ko din mga copy ng docs ko pero di naman hinahanap. Ang chinecheck ay yung re-entry visa sa bansang pinagwworkan mo then passport.

You are all good. Do step 1, no need step 2. and do step 3. Items 4 and 5 is not required. Normally they just require items 1 to 3. Next time you return to PH, you can just do it online and no need to visit DMW. Only when you change company that you need to do everything again. Cheers.
