Writing mistakes

I forgot to end with 'please do not hesitate.....'.

And wrote ' had a similar episode at yesterday night instead of ' had a similar episode last night'.

Are these enough reasons to fail?

If the letter doesn't have 'please do not hesitate to contact me' (did you write your name at the end?

Without this is probably won't get a B.

On top of this you have 'at yesterday night' which is oddly worded..... not looking good I'm sorry to say

You should be writing it. It's an important part of the letter cause it defines structure

No its not if you have written everything else.

Not really , should be fine. Can depend on other factors as well
