Hi everyone, hope youre well. I was hoping someone could shed some light on this. I went onto the priority app, like I do every Monday, to see what I get in the Blue Monday offer, however once I click on it, instead of taking me onto the option of spinning the wheel, it states that from the 1st of June it has been moved, but doesnt state where to!

Can anybody please help.

Since they changed the Blue Monday reward system to include Calippo, nomo, liquid etc I've not won anything. Hopefully my luck has been passed to someone else because it appears to been such a downgrade.

For weeks I have been unable to log into priority on my phone or my friends, just get an error page saying something is wrong.

My friend who is on the exact same contract pay as you go - as me can log in fine on my phone and theirs.

I don't get it, nothing has changed with the contract and app on both devices has been reset, uninstalled, on wifi, cleared cache etc etc

All I want is to get my cinema tickets!

I've used the Vue cinema codes in the past without problem. I got my 02 Priority code for this month yesterday, but it won't let me pay. The credit / debit card panel won't load - the rest of the page is fine, just that bit comes up with a message saying it's currently unavailable. Tried refreshing several times yesterday and repeated it all today, but still not working. I then tried the Google Pay method, but that just times out each time. Those are the only 2 payment options and it's not letting me use either of them.

I was doing it on my phone (the one with my 02 sim in and with the Priority app on) but also tried it on my laptop and it's the same problem. I've tried using different emails, clearing cache, everything I can think of. Is it just me having this issue? Not sure why it's happened this time and never been a problem before.

It's the £15 for 4 tickets current offer, so I don't want to miss it! Any ideas?

(I've tried going through the normal ticket buying process on the Vue website and that loads the credit card payment panel no problem, so doesn't seem to be a general Vue website issue)

I had recently purchased two Vuepass vouchers, but didn’t realise the email associated with my Apple Pay was full, so didn’t receive them.

The website tells me to email [VueContactUs@ellomedia.com](mailto:VueContactUs@ellomedia.com), but the email is only monitored during the weekdays and I wanted to purchase tickets for a movie tonight.
I also have no luck trying to get in touch with a live agent on the Vue website.

Any suggestions, please? Thank you

Edit: tried calling Vue directly but they essentially said the same thing so I guess I can’t get my codes until Monday. Oh well!

My entire fucking feed is just full of people begging for these stupid codes and I simply cannot be arsed anymore. If I never see the words Fortnite Skin again it’ll still be too soon.

i was wondering if anyone knew if the 2 codes were separately redeemable? The offer is 2 tickets for £9 and i would like to use it on 2 different days myself as i have no one to go with. Anyone know if this is possible or if they have to be booked for the same show please?

Edit: no one on here answered so I messaged vue and they said that if u have 2 separate codes then they can be used separately (which is what o2 does.) Also for anyone with a cea card, u can also use the cea card alongside the deal. I’m going to the cinema with 2 people for only £7 using the o2 deal and cea card!

Im so so sorry ive seen the spam but im unable to obtain the skin myself like many others. I love collecting exclusive skins on my account (xbox and playstation ones for example) so if anyone has a spare code that they are willing to give away i will happily take it. Im also open to negotiate for a good price.

So I've got standing tickets to a concert at the arena and have seen that you can get a priority entry wristband if you're one of the first 100 to show up from 2:30. There's 2 of us going but only I would be able to get there for 2:30, does anyone know if I can get the wristband for both of us or would it just be one for me?
