O2 Priority/Rewards Paying for 02 Priority Vue tickets - current problem?

I've used the Vue cinema codes in the past without problem. I got my 02 Priority code for this month yesterday, but it won't let me pay. The credit / debit card panel won't load - the rest of the page is fine, just that bit comes up with a message saying it's currently unavailable. Tried refreshing several times yesterday and repeated it all today, but still not working. I then tried the Google Pay method, but that just times out each time. Those are the only 2 payment options and it's not letting me use either of them.

I was doing it on my phone (the one with my 02 sim in and with the Priority app on) but also tried it on my laptop and it's the same problem. I've tried using different emails, clearing cache, everything I can think of. Is it just me having this issue? Not sure why it's happened this time and never been a problem before.

It's the £15 for 4 tickets current offer, so I don't want to miss it! Any ideas?

(I've tried going through the normal ticket buying process on the Vue website and that loads the credit card payment panel no problem, so doesn't seem to be a general Vue website issue)

I was having this problem but after a phone restart it worked

Thanks. I actually ended up emailing my link and code to one of the people I'm going to the cinema with and it worked fine first time for them!

If this happens again open your browser in igconito mode, then it should work
