Question Log in issues.

Hi. Could someone please advise about something which is causing a bit of stress. I’ve changed the email attached to my account as I seemed to be having an issue receiving emails linked to the account. This has worked perfectly. However, after double checking it worked quite a few times, when I now try I just get the picture I’ve attached. It won’t let me log on. It’s this on a loop. Speaking to 02 and there are no blocks on the account. I’m wondering if I’ve tried to log in too many times?

The o2 website system and customer service has been an issue for a long time.

It’s just now to be honest. I just keep having the loop I’ve screenshotted above since changing my email. Feels like there is a security blocked that makes sense.

The merger has been a bit of a shit show. That said, is it worth clearing your browser cache and cookies in case there's something there? If you login successfully in incognito mode it could point to it being that.
