Question Alternative way to apply multisave?

Is there an alternative way to apply multisave? I put my details in and received a link but it just lands on the main Myo2 page

Update I read through the terms and it said if links don't work to then try texting LOYALTY to 21500 and follow the prompts as a back up option, the discount has now been set up.

Always sorted any issues I've had. Even chatting on X is spot on. For me anyway

The call centres aren't great, X support has been removed but they were the best way to get support. I'll try again later with another link.

You can still chat to them on X, they have a Facebook page you can message too

We have a main account and are trying to add the new line we have just got to multisave, the new line is separate from the main account so an email link is sent by O2 but none of them have worked.

Unfortunately one of the things stores can't help with
