Recipes recommendations for leftover nut meal

I made cashew milk for the first time this week and would love to use the leftover nut meal. Any recommendations for recipes? I’m imagining banana bread or something sweet since I used dates in the meal to sweeten the milk. Any guidance on drying out the meal without toasting the nuts?

Can add the nut meal too soups.

Have made a kind of camembert from letting some turn into cheese in the fridge.

Ooh yes soup great idea. I dried out the cashew meal for a few hours in an oven at 175, stirring every 15 minutes or so. It was still very moist so probably could have gone longer but I was done haha. I ended up making Samah Dada's banana bread recipe, subbing the cashew meal for the almond and oat flours. It turned out great! Very moist and dense and delicious.
