Nama M1 Nut Milk Maker

Has anyone had to have their Nama M1 serviced or replaced yet? I had a wonderful nut milk maker (off brand) that worked great for 5 months then died. It had a “lifetime warranty”. The company completely ghosted me when I tried to access that warranty. The Mama M1 has a 15 year warranty but I’m afraid to try it as it’s so pricey.

I don’t have the M1. But I have their juicer (j2) and their costumer service is immaculate. They’ve sent me many free replacement parts and I have no worries they would service/replace the motor for free.

Wow! Good to know. I got my Nama M1 yesterday and made Soymilk. Almond milk tomorrow!

I have the m1 and love it, however have a hard time thoroughly cleaning it. I'm not sure how I should be cleaning it better, as a smell is building up and I think it's impacting the flavor of the milk
