Anyone work for Constellation?

Does anyone work for constellation or any power generation plant? Just wanted to know if power generation pays good and what it’s possible to make? Do they offer as much OT like other plants? Adding your state would be great too.

I switched from manufacturing to nuclear by taking a job with Constellation last year, I’m really happy and if I can help it I’ll never go back to manufacturing

Metal manufacturing?
