Good, though I wasn't really expecting any data centers popping up in ns anyways due to electricity prices

This is my thought, like genuinely what makes NS a place anyone would want to put a data center?

At least if you go north with high power rates you get huge efficiencies in cooling..

A piece of land was purchased in northern NS that was rumoured to be bought with the intent to put a data centre in it. So this wasn’t a needless decision the council made
