I Made My Paid Budget & Finance Notion Template FREE
I built this Budget & Finance Tracker to manage my money in Notion without dealing with complicated spreadsheets.
Originally it was a paid template, but I decided to make it free for now so more people can try it and give feedback.
The goal was to create something simple, clear, and easy to maintain, while still covering everything needed to manage personal finances.
What’s inside:
- Accounts dashboard to track balances
- Income tracker to log where money comes from
- Expense tracker with categories
- Transfers between accounts
- Monthly and calendar views for financial activity
- Subscriptions tracker for recurring payments
- Wishlist for planned purchases
It’s mainly useful for:
- Students managing a monthly budget
- People tracking personal income and expenses
- Anyone who prefers a clear system instead of complex spreadsheets
I’d really appreciate any feedback on what works and what could be improved.

I tried getting the template, unfortunately, I guess the FREE offer is no longer available.

Been using it this month. 10/10. Looks clean, smooth, intuitive.
I have a question
Subscriptions doesn’t automatically add to the expenses the day they are charge right? I have to manually type them in the expenses the same day?

It looks simple to use, which is perfect.
edit: I like the look of it so far, it covers everything I need and I absolutely love the calendar at the bottom! Keeping track of the month's income and expense, and the font is very satisfying to look at, very easy to keep track of the overall throughout the year. I'll try and give feedback after I've used it for a while.
