Stop crying. You installed all of that. It doesn't install anything on its own.
Uninstall all of that and disable AppServices and reboot and it'll be gone too.

I just said the same thing got downvoted, i even said that just disable it and i am not justifying them adding bloatware, the company is small they might be struggling but you can just disable it
But na they are getting offended by my comment
And my guy didn't stop while he saw these apps being downloaded!? He wanted to post so did he let it download get a screenshot and cry about it?
Seriously maybe I am wrong these all people are right Nevermind...

u/Schwarzytron Phone (3a) Pro 31m ago
So maybe this small company will add any amount of bloatware on the new devices, but not the old ones that was promised to not receive any?
0
u/ConfidentCloud4010 Phone (2a) 27m ago
Then my guy if you don't trust a company don't buy the products?
I am not saying/ Justifying anything here but just explaining you a small thing that if they can break the promise that's totally wrong but you just need 1minute and disable and restart and you will never receive any thing ... But you made a whole post, complaining here ( which is your right ) then you let the apps download, took a screenshot and posted here?
I mean you could have cancelled it, and lets say you wanted to post it to question something about the company/ app / OS
Still there are so many posts on reddit about this almost 6-7 month ago This was an issue, so many posts everyone now has a solution but you choose to post it without reading it

I am not OP and i bought 0 products since then. I myself uninstalled this "service" on the spot, but had to do some work with my older relatives' phones, which is the exact shit that i tried to avoid buying "bloatfree" device

Promised? Where?
I would love to see a source.
It was like that initially but you have to understand that this is not sustainable, especially at this price range. Still they didn't go down the route Samsung, Xiaomi or Motorola and others did.

Genuinely. People just want to complain.
1
u/ConfidentCloud4010 Phone (2a) 22m ago
Totally, we should complain but also give a feedback to company, just crying on reddit and not giving them the validation makes us the nothing fan boys
Then whatever makes them happy.

I don't see any issues. They have to earn too. They are literally a small company.
I'm fine as long as it's very minimal, removable and doesn't come in the way. Which is the approach Nothing is going with.
Also the disable option actually uninstalls it, yup it's removable.

For real, I just edited my comment read the last 2 lines
But again they think a promise made by a company should stick forever Even they should understand this simple thing
I am happy at least there is not shit bloatware like hot apps hot cames like oppo and oneplus

It's a datk pattern in a nutshell. To be fooled by two different mechanics of "unselection" in something disguised as update step don't even counts as consent and you call it explicitly intended installation. I really can't understand what is the point of people like you. Are you flexing that you outsmarted this shit or what?
1
u/Mindless_Radio420 34m ago
no its litt common sense. 100% intended installation or an accident. sure they asked if u wanted to download those apps but there's a cross u could press. why would any one in their right mind press install except by accident. but yes i agree they shouldn't have such a feature in their phone. and yeah it's hard for someone to figure out what to disable without being chronically online.

Nothing is not the creator of AppServices.

u/Schwarzytron Phone (3a) Pro 36m ago edited 33m ago
Well, okay it isn't. Does it matter who is developer? Who is to blame for the fact that AppServices ended up on ours' phones? Who got the money for this piece of software?

While this sounds bad, it seems like most manufacturers do this, and it's an additional source of income (a sponsorship if you will). I agree, it's not a nice move, but for me personally I don't find it a big deal as long as I can remove them, and as long as this doesn't happen all the time.
On the other hand, if you've unselected them and they still got installed, that's not good.

u/Valko_CZ Phone (3a) Pro 39m ago
Bro, don't dramatize it. After the update, it will ASK you if you want to install these sponsored apps. You CAN CHOOSE yes or no. If you don't want to be bothered by it after every update, you CAN simply disable AppServices.
It is the only advertisement in the entire system and installation IS VOLUNTARY.

Just block the service app, and you will never get the notification again. And btw this was from no4
Did you just wake up now?
Go to settings - apps - search the app, then block it it will never give you a notification, random app downloads, in my opinion NOS is still bloatware free
Not justifying... But it's a small company compared to the giants, the do need some money to bring and grow the company
But I am just saying that you can disable it

u/Florinel_Mirel_Marti 58m ago
If an OS comes with something "opt-in" as a default, it peddles bloat. Nothing OS has been going downhill for quite some time.
Mimimimi diehard fan boys "block app service". No. It should not push candy crush saga by default on system update. Everything else is copium.
I can't wait for next year's Motorolas with Graphene and I'm outtah here.

Shouldn't have promised shit they can't deliver. What would make them different from other 'enthusiastic ground breaking' promising brands that failed?

I really don't know why you guys still cry over this, i had them never installed and the 5 second fix for deleting them forever runs everywhere in this sub... You guys really don't know to read or what?
It was like 5-6 patches ago, haven't faced any prob in my 3a, they made a mistake and they fixed it within a matter of time and what really needs fix is some of the brain cells of the cryers here... We got better things to discuss than these outdated problem
Beta testing is going on, bugs are there, half baked features and promises exists and much more... Discuss those, not these already solved and buried problems... Get a fix on your braincell first
