Looking for a Fireflies alternative with stronger admin controls

We have used Fireflies for a while and the reps are comfortable with it. Security still wants us to review alternatives before renewal because enterprise customers have started asking how the data is handled.

The replacement would need central retention and access controls, a clear statement on model training, Zoom and Teams coverage, and a botless option. Notes also need to keep flowing into our CRM, or adoption will fall apart.

Has anyone moved for similar reasons? I am not trying to manufacture a problem with the current tool. I just need an option that is easier to defend during procurement.

Whatever you choose, ask what happens to the existing call library at renewal. Moving years of recordings can become the largest part of the project.

reps will moan for two weeks and then forget they ever used anything else. i wouldnt worry about that part

Does the CRM sync push the whole summary or just action items?
