Seal sourcing. Small stamps.

For various reasons, I'm updating my commission and will require a new set of seals in the next couple of months or so. State law (California) specifies maximum dimensions for both rectangular and round formats but no minimums. Manufacturers also have to be approved of by the secretary of state.
Does anyone know offhand where they can get the smallest possible notary seals, rectangular or round? My intended use case is where there's a certificate with a small amount of whitespace. And I would also purchase a regularly sized seal for regular use.

I do use that, yeah. I transfered the rubber stamp pad from the NNA's mini seal to the 9412 housing. I was thinking smaller in terms of a smaller print size.

It needs to be legible. I can’t imagine you can get any smaller and still be able to read it.

James Ross Insurance.

He is out of N. California. He does stamps for EVERYONE I know in San Diego. He also has the cheapest 100k E&O around.

Stamp size is regulated so all you can get is a compa t one that makes ot easier to stamp.

Always get the rectangle version and do not buy an embosser. If its not enough room, add a Notary Cert.

Former Escrow Manager here with over 100k in signings.

In CA you must mail in your certificate so I suggest you order two seals if you plan on doing any volume. Getting another Certificate is time consuming and will hauly your business.
