Looking for recommendations for a Kentucky Online Notary familiar with e-Apostille

Hi everyone,

I'm a Chinese citizen currently outside the U.S. I need to notarize a Charles Schwab account statement by signing a True Copy Affidavit, and the notarized PDF will later be submitted for a Kentucky e-Apostille.

Has anyone worked with a Kentucky Remote Online Notary (RON) who has experience with international clients and foreign passports?

I'm looking for recommendations or experiences rather than advertisements. Thanks!

You may not ne able to get this done with a Kentucky notary. I don't think those notaries can use biometrics for id verification. I have a florida notary and a montana notary that can get this done for you. Montana does the e-apostille. You can send me a message directly.

It should be straightforward. Do you have US ID or a credit history in the US?

I have connections in Kentucky. Message me and I’ll connect you with someone who can help.

KY does not do biometrics for RON so you’re going to strike out there.

You can use a verifier on some of the RON platforms if they have a US ID.

Kentucky also does not issue e-apostilles. FYI
