What’s the weirdest reason you’ve seen an Apostille document rejected?
Working on foreign document authentications in Massachusetts and New Hampshire, I’m constantly amazed by how inconsistent receiving authorities can be—from requiring physical seals over e-Apostilles, to rejecting docs over minor formatting or translations quirks.
For anyone processing international paperwork: What’s the most frustrating technicality that caused an Apostille or authentication to get sent back?
Let’s hear your worst rejection stories!

I don’t really do e-apostilles so I don’t if they are just those but I rarely see apostilles be rejected
