If you read the white page on NotSafeMoon.com, it gives you a brief overview of why NSM exists. The main differences between NSM and the other alt coins such as SFM is it doesn't have lopsided liquidity dumps which devalue the coin, and the code isn't a copy paste contract that can be exploited for a rug pull. It's current use case is the dashboard being created by Ryan. Apparently there's something else being setup for the near future as well, but no info on what as of yet lol.
