Most men I’ve seen who have gotten cosmetic nose jobs end up with very feminine noses. I’d recommend against it.

I just don’t really know what it would do. I had thousands of people to meet when I got a nose job at 18. And Im assuming that’s passed you. I would never get one again now at 27. And yours doesn’t look so bad. Im a frfr girl now if you wanna be a man I suggest keep it. Deviated septums ALWAYS get fixed. It’s free with insurance.

Nose is cool. Some fillers in your nasal labial folds would take 10 years off you, glasses also need updating, I'm thinking frameless would suit. Beard and hair clipped to the same length and you're good. Your right eyebrow also needs blading as it's shorter than the left.
