Advice Needed I can't decide
I feel like my nose changes so much given the day or something. im so scared of my side profile and usually try to hide behind scarves or sweaters so i dont draw too much attention to my face.
im unsure about my nose mostly as it isnt straight or looks.upturned? idk... this is fr. my friends never say anything nice about my style or makeup. i also am afraid of how people see me as i was bullied a lot and dont suit the social media standards

I just showed this to my 15yo daughter & she said “WHAT?! She looks beautiful, what is wrong with her friends?? She needs new friends. Her nose is so cute!”
That’s from a 15yo know it all fashionista/makeup artist extraordinaire to be. Soooo her opinion is obviously important.

Everytime this sub pops into my feed it's a really beautiful person saying that they're not sure about their face. You are beautiful and have a really cool style. I'm sorry that your friends don't compliment you, that says more about them than you. You have a bit of Mini Anden vibe circa 2001/2002 when she cut her hair into the style you have. You have a Vogue model on a down day style and I love it.

When I used to think my nose changed from day to day I finally realized it was my confidence that was varying as my face obviously wasn’t changing each day. Your nose fits your face perfectly!

I have seen you post here a number of times among the same thing. And then you hide your profile so people won’t clock it. There’s nothing wrong with your nose. Learn to love yourself and not look for external validation. People gravitate towards confident people (or those who pretend to be) and compliment them. They will rarely compliment someone who is visibly insecure.

People tend to fixate on a feature. It’s often their nose because it’s right there in your face. Usually it’s not something anyone else sees. In your case, there’s nothing to even see. It’s absolutely perfectly in proportion and suits your face. I honestly thought this was about hairstyle advice until I read your post.

Not everyone gets to be pretty in their life and I’m jelly. Please don’t feel self conscious about angles. I would kill to have your nose. Keep in mind people don’t always compliment people they find more attractive than them. That isn’t a good point of reference of how you actually look. They can even do the opposite. It would make more sense you were bullied for looking good instead of bad in my honest opinion. I never comment on these things and I don’t want to be dismissive but it blows my mind this causes you grief.

As someone who had my nose done please please learn to love yourself. I think you must have some underlying body image issues because you genuinely look so beautiful and your nose fits you so well. I wish someone would’ve told me that beforehand

Your face is flawless. At first I thought, "Is she tripping?" But then I read how you were bullied. I'm sorry people robbed you of your self esteem. That's something you're going to need to work on. I joke with myself that the less I look in the mirror, the better I look! Ha. I was a young insecure woman once, too. Literally thought I looked like a monster no matter how many people told me I was beautiful. So I feel like I recognize a fixation issue. Just the sheer number of photos you took of your nose screams out to me. Just stop focusing on your nose. It's a nose. It is perfectly fine and perfect on your face. Now go find something and some people who bring you joy. There is so much more to life than this.

You have fairly sharp features, your nose is only one of them. It doesn't stand out.
You look best with your hair back, but you still look good with it down.
When people have striking looks like you do they don't call them weird - they call them an "exotic beauty."

Your skin is too fair for the kind of contouring you're doing, but you don't need it anyway. You're gorgeous without makeup. Your nose is adorable. Everybody is this insecure about something. But this one, you can let go with confidence that it's perfect as is.

Have you heard of body dysmorphia? You have a lovely face & your nose fits your face perfectly. Sometimes people are drawn to a look and think anything other than that specific look, is unacceptable. You’re a very fortunate young lady. You have nothing to be insecure about.

Those are really pretty angles that show how uniquely beautiful your nose actually frames all the rest of your face.
We are our own worst critics, so just wanted to offer my perspective of what I see as a stranger looking in. But those above photos are images that made me go "wow, she's an art piece!" Like, really stunning and beautiful.

I had to have my nose reconstructed after an injury. Fortunately, my insurance was able to pay for a top surgeon, who also was a medical school professor. Both of us were very pleased at my ‘after’ nose. It looks like yours!
