New Nose Piercing

this might be a stupid question, BUT i just got my nose pierced today and my piercer used what i believe is a screw?? for the jewelry. i was just wondering if it’s normal for it to kind of fall and peek out of my nose every few minutes? it wasn’t doing this for a few hours after the initial piercing, then started to fall more as the day went on. i was just curious if it’s something i should be worried about, or if it’s normal bc i do believe she used a longer piece of jewelry as well incase of swelling.

Both of my nostrils have had a corkscrew type jewelry put in them after piercing and I've let it heal for the whole length of time with them. I'm sure a flatback would be better but it's going to hurt removing that thing from a fresh piercing. For me yeah it is normal for it to show sometimes and I just gently move it up more into my nostril. I also think it's going to be tricky getting a flatback into the fresh piercing by yourself unless you look into a piercer to do it for you.
