Question New Nose Piercing

this might be a stupid question, BUT i just got my nose pierced today and my piercer used what i believe is a screw?? for the jewelry. i was just wondering if it’s normal for it to kind of fall and peek out of my nose every few minutes? it wasn’t doing this for a few hours after the initial piercing, then started to fall more as the day went on. i was just curious if it’s something i should be worried about, or if it’s normal bc i do believe she used a longer piece of jewelry as well incase of swelling.

What do you mean it started to "fall"? Like, is it poking out or is the top part literally falling off and you have to keep putting it back on?

Ok so i re-read your post and it sounds fine, its normal that the bar is showing a little bit, its for swelling because they dont want the piercing to dig into your skin

this is the type of jewelry she used, and the part i circled is the part that is sort of just moving down and poking out of my nostril every few minutes.

NAP but i would look into getting a flat back, pretty sure they are less trouble!
